  3. Coaching Resources.

    You will have access to gym based and homebased workout videos, downloadable coaching manuals on nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and mindset.

  4. Track your progress.
    Reflect, tick off your daily win, and build your own proof of consistency.

  5. Keep your current plan.
    The challenge fits around your existing routine, it strengthens it. Think of it as the missing “mental fitness” layer that makes your diet, workouts, or lifestyle goals actually stick.
